Creating a Club
Clubs are one of the best ways to socialize, organize, and build your own community within Equestricraft. Whether you’re forming a competitive riding team, a cozy barn family, a business group, or just a circle of friends, clubs give you a shared identity and space in the server. If you’re new and want to learn more about meeting other players and getting involved, speak to Estelle at the Vyheimyr Club Office.

How to Create a Club
Once you’ve reached Apprentice Rank, you can create your very own club!
1. Visit the Club Office.
2. Speak to Sam at the registry counter.
3. Choose your unique club name.
4. Pay a small registration fee of $5,000
Remember,
➜ All players can create a club once they reach Apprentice Rank.
➜ You may only own one club at a time.
➜ Club names must be 100% unique.
➜ Club names follow the same filter as the in-game chat to prevent inappropriate wording. Once registered, your club will appear on the public club list, visible to all players who speak to Sam.

● Design your own Club Logo.
● Host events like club meetings, trail rides, or competitions.
● Advertise your club in the Discord Server.
Your club can be as serious, competitive, or relaxed as you want it to be. It is yours to get creative with!
Managing your Club
Managing your Club
Using the /club manage command, you can access a tab that will let you manage your club.
● The View Join Requests tab lets you see all the players who have requested to join your club and accept/reject their request.
● The Send Invite tab lets you send invites to players from the Equestricraft community.
● The View Members allows you to see which players are a part of your club at that moment.
● The Edit Details tab lets you edit your club’s the Name and Chat Tag.
● The Manage Ranks tab lets you create ranks (roles) for the members of your club, for example, owner, stablehand, host, organizer, etc. It also lets you assign those ranks to each member of your club separately.
● The Turn On Join Requests tab allows you to turn on/off join requests from other players in the community.
● Last, but not least, the Disband Club allows you to delete the club completely, but be sure you’d like to delete it; otherwise, you will NOT get the $5,000 registration fee back.

It's okay if you're not ready to lead your own club!
● Visit the Club Office and browse available clubs.
● Head to the #club-advertising channel on the Official Equestricraft Discord to find clubs recruiting members. You can use /discord in-game to join our Discord server.
● To join a club, the owner must send you an invite with the /club manage command, and then click on the Invite Members tab.

● Train and compete together.
● Host Events that can bring the Equestricraft community together!
