# 🌟 Creating a Club

EquestriCraft is more than horses, builds, and progression. It is also a community. One of the best ways to meet people, stay active, and create lasting memories on the server is by getting involved with other players. A big part of that community comes through **clubs**. Clubs allow players to build groups around shared interests, whether that means competition, roleplay, casual riding, business, or friendship.

If you are new and want help getting started, speak to **Estelle** at the **Vyheimyr Club Office** to learn more about clubs and meeting other players.

Your club can be:

- A competitive riding team
- A relaxed barn family
- A business-based group
- A roleplay group
- A circle of friends

Once you reach **Apprentice Rank**, you can create your own club.

#### `How to Create a Club`

1. Visit the **Club Office**
2. Speak to **Sam** at the registry counter
3. Choose a unique club name
4. Pay the **$5,000 registration fee**

#### `Important Club Rules`

- All players can create a club once they reach **Apprentice Rank**
- You may only own **one club at a time**
- Club names must be **completely unique**
- Club names use the same filter as in-game chat to prevent inappropriate wording

Once registered, your club will appear on the public club list for other players to see.

#### `Customize and Advertise`

One of the best parts of club ownership is making the club feel like your own.

You can make your club stand out by:

- Designing a club logo
- Creating a theme or identity
- Hosting club meetings
- Organizing events
- Running competitions
- Advertising in the official Discord server

# ⚙️ Managing Your Club

You can manage your club using:

**`/club manage`**

This opens the club management menu and gives you access to the main tools for running your club.

#### `Club Management Options`

**View Join Requests**  
Lets you review players who have requested to join and accept or reject them.

**Send Invite**  
Allows you to invite players from the EquestriCraft community.

**View Members**  
Shows the players currently in your club.

**Edit Details**  
Lets you edit the club’s **name** and **chat tag**.

**Manage Ranks**  
Allows you to create custom roles for members, such as:

- Owner
- Stablehand
- Host
- Organizer
- Trainer

You can also assign ranks individually to each member.

**Turn On Join Requests**  
Lets you enable or disable join requests from other players.

**Disband Club**  
Deletes the club completely.

Important: If you disband your club, you will **not** get the **$5,000 registration fee** back, so be certain before deleting it.

# 📨 Joining a Club

If you are not ready to run your own club, joining one is a great way to become part of the community.

#### `How to Find a Club`

You can find clubs by:

- Visiting the **Club Office** and browsing available clubs
- Checking the `#club-advertising` channel in the official EquestriCraft Discord
- Using `/discord` in-game to join the server Discord

#### `How to Join`

To join a club, the club owner must send you an invite through the **`/club manage`** menu using the invite option.
